RETURNS

The Twintales shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.

The Twintales does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by The Twintales.

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to The Twintales within 72 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 72 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. The Twintales will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch etc however we can exchange sizes of the same product.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned/exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.

We will arrange free pick up of the order.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Any item that have been worn or washed.
